Model Collective Bargaining Agreement
When Labor and Management teams sit down at the bargaining table, the choices are not always simple. After all, agreements that work in Toledo may not be practical for workers in Las Vegas. Those differences can cost union finishing contractors time and money and sometimes seem unfair to unionized workers.
In an effort to improve conditions for both sides, FCA International and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades have negotiated the Model Collective Bargaining Agreement. It contains flexibilities in wages and working conditions that will help FCA members remain more competitive in tough markets.
You can download the full agreement, the guidebook which explains the clauses, or both.
