OSHA issued an update to its Recordkeeping Rule, which has taken effect on Jan. 1, 2017. This new rule updates the requirements for employee involvement, adds requirements for electronic reporting of records (submission deadline June 1, 2017) and strengthens anti-retaliation protections. This webinar covers these updated and new requirements. Additionally, speaker Drew Page reviews the basic recordkeeping requirements and maintaining and posting of these records. Drew will also review the severe injury reporting requirements that were updated on Jan. 1, 2015.
