FCA International is an association for contractors guided by contractors.
FCA has an established structure that allows members to be part of a larger community of contractors while still providing platforms for each segment to specifically address its own unique challenges and priorities. Five trade advisory committees and five industry advisory committees guide FCA’s efforts as it strives to provide value to its members.
FCA’s trade advisory committees represent the voices of the individual trades. The committees are run by contractors and affiliates and decide which trade-specific projects FCA should tackle to provide the most value. Each committee is run by a committee chairman (elected to two-year terms) and an executive committee. All FCA members are welcome to participate in the trade advisory committees. FCA has established trade advisory committees for architectural glass & metal, drywall finishing, flooring, industrial coating (with a bridge subcommittee) and painting & wallcovering.
Industry Advisory Committees
FCA’s Industry Advisory Committees were established to address specific issues relevant to all FCA members. Like the trade advisory committees, industry advisory committees are run by contractors and affiliates and decide which industry-specific projects FCA should tackle to provide the most value. Each committee is run by a committee chairman (elected to two-year terms) and an executive committee. All FCA members are welcome to participate in the industry advisory committees. FCA has established industry advisory committees for business practices, government relations, safety, workforce and young leaders.
