Labor Management Cooperation Initiative (LMCI)

The Labor Management Cooperation Initiative (LMCI) is a jointly-administered fund of FCA International and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. The specific intent of the LMCI is to provide resources to the finishing trades industries, lead industry collaboration and provide for marketing and communications of finishing trades industries.

Finishing Trades Institute (FTI)

The FTI is the education department for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades and FCA International. The FTI’s core purpose is to develop and expand a qualified and competitive work force for the finishing trades industries and oversee the apprenticeship training program where those who wish to enter our trades learn their craft. The FTI not only provides the necessary skills to do the job right the first time, but also provides the training to do it safely. International Painters and Allied Trades (IPAT) Pension Management Trustees

The International Painters and Allied Trades Industry (IPAT) Pension Plan, a defined benefit pension plan, was established to provide retirement benefits for employees covered under collective bargaining agreements between Employers and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades or its affiliates (IUPAT).
The Plan is administered by a Board of Trustees, consisting of IUPAT and Employer representatives, who are responsible for the overall operation of the Plan. The IUPAT and the FCA International (FCA) established the Plan and appoint the union and employer representatives on the Board of Trustees.
