Dewalt Service Centers Closed to Public Due to COVID-19

A message from Dewalt's Vice President, Marketing Jon Howland to FCA members:

 

Good morning.  I hope you and your families are well as are those of the entire FCA families.

 I want to communicate actions we’re taking due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and ask that you share them accordingly.

Effective today, Wednesday March 18, 2020 all US DEWALT Service Centers will Close to the Public. 

Even though we have closed to the public, advancements in technology have positioned us to continue to support our customers through online parts and repair services.  We are contacting you to inform you of our decision and to ensure you, while closed to the public, we will continue to provide service support.

The duration of Product Service Division’s centers being closed to the public is uncertain.  We will continue to monitor and adapt quickly to ensure the safety of our associates and do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  I will keep the lines of communication open as the situation develops.
